Webforedrag om sociale medier i folkeoplysningens kommunikation

Organisationen skal have sin egen Facebook profil. Formanden skal blogge, og nyhederne skal ud på to linjer i twitter. Men hjælper det? Et nordisk webforedrag vil fortælle om strategier, der giver de sociale medier mening i organisationens kommunikation.

Onsdag den 18. maj kl. 13 har ledere, informationsmedarbejdere, administrativt personale og lærere i folkeoplysningen - og alle andre - mulighed for at lytte og se et foredrag af Johanni Larjanko uden at forlade deres arbejdsplads.
Foredraget, der foregår på engelsk, er et såkaldt webinar, som man gratis kan følge på sin egen computer. Johanni Larjanko er informationsmedarbejder i VSY, den finske udgav af DFS, samt i den europæiske paraplyorganisation European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA).

Dette og et følgende webinar organiseret af to arbejdsgrupper i NVL (Nordisk Netværk for Voksnes Læring): Distans, som beskæftiger sig med fjernundervisning, og Nordinfo, der arbejder med folkeoplysningens kommunikation. Det næste webinar finder sted den 18. juni og handler om, hvordan man sikrer en reel dialog mellem organisationen omverden, når man anvender sociale medier. Arbejdsgrupperne præsenterer de to webinarer således:

So you have your Facebook page. Your youtube channel. Your blog. Now what? How do you make them all work for you? How do you create a strategy to make sense of it all?

18th of June: How to make social media social?
How can we through our work in social media invite people to contribute, involve and stay involved? How can we keep debates, discussions, groups and forums alive? How do we avoid our online services from dying, and turning into a "one way street" of information?

What is a webinar?
It is a one hour seminar taking place in your computer. All you need is an internet connection and a headset with a microphone. You must register in advance. We will send the link to the Meeting Room the day before the webinar takes place to all registered participants.
In the meeting room you can see and hear the lecturer, see the slides, see the list of participants and chat with the others. You are also able to rise a hand by clicking the "rise hand symbol" and to ask your question or put your comments when the administrator gives you admission to speak.

Please note that there is a limited number of seats, and once the seminar is full we will close the registration.
